Secure accomodation wanted

I have a friend who wants to return for four months from November. The only problem is her father will not let her go unless she has secure accomodation. (even though she is an adult).:eek:
Does anyone have any recomendations for secure, and prferably cheap accomodation for a girl in her early twenties?
