Seeking in-home care for elderly mother in law

Hello expats, it's been a minute since I lived in BsAs, but I married an Argentinian so continue to have ties. My husband's mother is nearly bedridden and needs full time in-home personal care and cooking. She lives in Recoleta and is a monolingual Spanish speaker. If you're looking for such work or can pass this on to any leads, I would super appreciate it. If you have personal experience with in-home care agencies or know someone who does, please pass that on as well. My husband feels they are 'shady' but maybe some aren't? My husband is currently in BsAs and would be available to meet.
