Seeking veterinarian for senior dog

We will be relocating to BA soon with two dogs. One is a senior with a chronic, but well managed, medical condition. We are looking for an excellent veterinarian, located in or near Palermo. Ideally, we'd like to contact them in advance to confirm the availability of her medications. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!
