Just to muddy the waters a bit more, for foreigners resident in CABA there's this page: https://www.dondevotociudad.gob.ar/ to check if you're on the register of voters, you would get to that page from here: https://www.buenosaires.gob.ar/mini...lecciones-en-la-ciudad/soy-persona-extranjera which certainly makes it look like it's a register of voters for the PASO 2021.

But this is for the city (Buenos Aires) elections. Many cities allow their permanent resident foreigners (who have lived at least x years in the city) to vote in the local elections.

I do not live in CABA so I am not too familiar with the electoral calendar there. But it looks like they have combined the city elections with the federal elections on the same day. What you can vote for as a foreigner are only the legisladores/as for the Buenos Aires city legislature.

Only Argentinian citizens can also vote for the diputados/as for the national Congress (https://www.buenosaires.gob.ar/mini...elecciones-en-la-ciudad/soy-persona-argentina).

Also, if I remember it correctly foreigners have to register themselves if they want to vote in city elections (and registration for foreigners to vote is of course optional). At least that's how it was here in the interior of the country a couple of years ago.

Learn about the measures to take care of Covid-19 during the 2021 electoral process and guarantee a safe election.

Did you know..?

• The number of voting establishments was expanded to avoid crowding. For this reason, many neighbors will not vote at their usual polling place. Do not forget to consult the electoral roll to know where you vote , and write down the table and the number of order that you have to contribute to making a more agile and orderly election.
• People over 70 years of age and those with duly accredited risk factors, with the corresponding medical certification, will have priority to vote during the entire electoral day.
• To maintain the hygiene of the voting establishments , the spaces will be periodically ventilated and the surfaces, floors and bathrooms will be cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the electoral day.
• In each voting establishment there will be a health facilitator who will ensure compliance with the health protocol, taking care to respect those issues related to health safety and prevention. He will also be the one who orders the entry of the voters to the establishment.
• Each voting table will have a sanitary kit , consisting of chinstraps and sanitizing solution.

Covid-19 testing for electoral staff
A special testing operation is going to be implemented so that all the polling station authorities, party prosecutors, Electoral Justice delegates and members of the General Electoral Command who will carry out their tasks inside the voting establishments can take the Covid test. 19 in the 48 hours prior to election day.

Between 12 and 24 hours after taking the test, you can check your result through Boti, the WhatsApp of the City, by sending "Test Result" to 11-5050-0147. Do it with the DNI number and from the same cell phone number that you left recorded at the time of testing.
What care should we take on election day to reduce the risk of contagion?
During the entire election day, don't forget to keep the following in mind:

• Remember to keep your distance from others throughout the electoral process and avoid physical contact with people.
• Pay attention to the signage signs to circulate inside the polling place. It is possible that the premises have a different entrance and exit door.
• Respect the instructions of the Health Facilitator at all times.
• Avoid staying inside the establishment longer than necessary to vote, to avoid crowding.
• Inside the polling place, wear the mask at all times, taking care to cover the nose, mouth and chin. You can consult recommendations for the use of the mask
• Wash your hands with soap and water or use alcohol gel regularly, especially before and after voting. Avoid putting your hands to your face.
• When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with the crook of your elbow to avoid spreading saliva particles to the rest of the environment.

When casting your vote, keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Put your identity document on the plastic tray indicated by the table authority. You should not hand-deliver it to reduce contact.
• Before entering the dark room, the table authority will place a sanitizing solution on your hands to keep them sanitized.
• Avoid closing the envelope with saliva. You can close it by inserting the flap of the envelope inside so that it contains the ballots until the moment of counting.
• Remember to bring your own pen to sign the register when required by the table authority. If you do not have one, the table authority will provide you with a previously sanitized one.

I think it would be a good idea if someone (with good knowledge of Argentine elections) state the electoral program of every political party impartially and briefly so that the new naturalized Argentines vote for the one that seems convincing to them.
