So what can one do? carry the PCR and if necessary do a home quarantine which now is only 10 days?

It’s really a matter of “laws” and “reality” —- in AMBA no one checks on the people who are supposed to be in quarantine. So why even bother? But if you want to not breach any “law” currently it seems like the cuarentena is still on for residents that fly in. Maybe when you go thru immigrations you can present the PCR, not sure. I will inquieto next week to see what the current policy is in practice.

En el caso de las personas menor de edad o de las personas con capacidades diferentes que no puedan realizarla por si mismo, seran padre, madre o responsable quien debera completar los datos requeridos en representación de ellos.

Las personas mayores de 70 años de edad quedan exceptuados de la obligatoriedad de realizar la DDJJ en forma electrónica.

Quedan exceptuados del aislamiento, los tripulantes y/o transportistas de los medios de transporte de pasajeros y/o cargas internacionales, alcanzadas en las excepciones del Decreto N°274/2020.

Turismo. Exceptúese a los extranjeros nacionales de los países limítrofes y sus residentes dentro del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA) del aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio y de la prohibición de circular. Siempre que presenten a los fines de su ingreso un PCR Negativo con un máximo de 72 hs. de anticipación y un seguro de asistencia médica que comprenda presentaciónes de internación y aislamiento por COVID-19.

We know that already. But it doesn't include Argentines or Argentine residents. When you try to fill the DDJJ and you chose ARG resident it does nto allow you to attache the PCR results.

You are ahead of me, when you select nacionalidad of travel Document :You Choose Argentina ? don't see an option for Argentina Residents ? please enlighten... And use your DNI extranjero number?

Noticed the difference between the Spanish and English versions...The Spanish version has the Tourism section about conditions. Omitted in the English version since it's geared to the neighbouring Spanish speaking countries..!

I like how domestic flights by AR are just being canceled multiple times without notice. Had a coworker that had her flight canceled three times and finally gave up and drove to BA today.
