Snow coming to Rosario and the Provinces

The weather bureau has predicted a very wet week for the Provinces and possible snow for Rosario and the Santa Fe Province. I believe that snow is very rarely seen in this city.

Rosario is expecting a minimum of -4 on Thursday and a maximum of 7 degrees.
