Since i have a vehicule, i m thinking about just crossing the border north of Buenos Aires by road with Uruguay.

Anybody knows how far is the closest border at the mouth of the Plata river?

You have 3 bridges in Entre Rios province to cross the border to Uruguay: Gualeguaychú-Fray Bentos is the nearest, 230km north of Buenos Aires, but it was often closed because of the papeleras issues, i don't know how's the situation now. The other 2 bridges are Concordia-Salto and Colón-Paysandú.
