Solution for receiving paper checks from USA

Thanks to all for your advice. I have taken notes and will
Howdy Ramirez,

Way I see it you have two options...both involve a virtual mailbox manager. I use Traveling Mailbox. They receive and scan all of my mail. I believe they have an option to "deposit" it, which I'm pretty sure involves them mailing a deposit slip with the check to your bank of choice. I've never used it however because what I do is print the check (scanned to PDF by Traveling Mailbox) on my printer in Neuquen and then deposit it (by taking pictures of it) using the bank phone app. Not every bank has that type of app, but Wells Fargo certainly should. Hope that helps.
Thanks Luke to you and to the others for solutions. I currently use a UPS Store facility to maintain a U.S. address. I'll ask if they offer mail scan. If not, I'll contact Traveling Mailbox. A good weekend to all.

To deposit a photo of a check , an app is required? my friend in the US couldn't deposit a check/photo I sent him? Any Comments?
The person who deposits needs their bank to support electronic deposit. Most do with their mobile banking app, or their website. As mentioned above either by first printing the picture you sent, or scanning the image on the monitor. I suspect for fraud reasons they do not let direct upload of a check image.

Ok thanks my friend banks at a Credit Union near Irvine, CA Perhaps they are not equipped.

Howdy Labyrinth,

I just tried depositing a check with the check image on the monitor as Lunar suggested and by god it works! Here I thought there was no way the refresh rate on screen would show a good enough quality image.
Howdy LuckyLuke, Well done! Glad you got it sorted.
