Something Old To Further Comment Upon, Now . . . ? ? ?

No, not a joke - and certainly not to them. They are philosophically socialist-communist and, in spite of broadcasting on the supposedly objective National Public Radio station, highly adversarial in their positions. Interviews are only with those who agree with their positions, during which the opposition is savaged by both interviewer and interviewee.

You are putting in the same bag everything that is not liberal.

The peronism as the facsism was born to avoid communism. So, for sure, they are not communists.

both, communism and Peronism were totalitarian States. Here is the confusion I see in your asserts.

The system developed by Peron is called corporativism and it is, in reality, to go back to the medieval institutions of the absolute monarchy. There is no market. The leaders of the different guilds, in the AR case the Sociedad Rural, the Unions, the Union of fabric owners, sit in the same table to negotiate.

Just a little life pro tip: silence is usually preferable compared to posting wrong facts - no matter if posted via an iphone or a nac&pop computer ;)

Thorsten, you mean this: (the silent is health) (Videla`s slogan during the genocidal)

Silent is not healthy.

Thanks for bringing a sentence against Argentina for 3000 Euros that mentioned Greece, it means, that they ruled against Greece.

Re Peronism, I agree with what you're saying, generally. But the subject isn't Peronism, it's a left-wing advocacy organization in the US called Democracy Now.

And Steveinpalermo, I agree completely that they're like Fox: one-sided and adversarial, claiming to be objective reporters, not the advocates they actually are. And for Full Disclosure, my exposure to DN is to their radio show, not the website, so I really don't know what they do or say there. I should not have criticized the website for the sins (my opinion) of the radio. I made assumptions without checking facts.

If you'd have read the sentence and not just a random blog post, you'd realize that the court made clear that the case was not comparable to Greece/Cyprus, which Argentina tried to bring up. So I still stand to my opinion that silence is better than posting constantly misinformation.

And here we are, reading a lawyer telling us that unversities in Argentina are 400 years old when the country is hardly 200 years old .......this must be a miracle of the'' law which by now we know is not math''almost the same as the triumph of the Argentines over the British invassions of 1806 1807 ,ten years before Argentina became a nation!!!
One thing is for damn certain, after reading this lawyer, everything is some one else's fault but Argentina's and the world should be thankfull to have a country like Argentina leading in most fields of human rights, inventing la birome and defaulting on their debts! also don't forget'' gardel canta cada dia mejor'' and God is Argentine..... now i get it.. wow, we sure are lucky to live here

Universidad de Cordoba was founded in 1613:

Whiles UBA was founded in 1821:

However, I read some ruling from the King of Spain regarding the University of Buenos Aires about a hundred and fifty years earlier. mmmmm. Now I m curious but I do not have the hard copy with me to double check it.

I do not have scanned the book that explained the influence of the Argentine National Constitution in the League of the Nations:
https://en.wikipedia...ague_of_Nations

But here you have some extracts of papers that explains the subject:

As you can read Mc Kenna, Argentina used to be a better country before the the influence of the totalitarism from Europe and the crisis of the liberal dogma. Before Peron to put it in simple words.

You forgot to quote the link you are referring because I do not read german:
http://juris.bundesgerichtshof.de/cgi-bin/rechtsprechung/document.py?Gericht=bgh&Art=pm&Datum=2015&Sort=3&nr=70302&pos=6&anz=30

However, I do not know if you understand what you said you have read.

From the blog I read, the analysis by the German SC made is in the same direction than my previous post but they arrived to a different conclusion.

They stated that in Public international LAW the buncruptsy is not ruled like it is for persons or companies (where they offer what they can really pay or nothing), so, they stated that it cannot be applied by analogy to a State.

The sentence you quoted nothing states about how to enforce it.

But, if you post the link you said you read, and it is in Spanish or English, then, by first time in history, you can contribute to an interesting debate instead of just trolling.
