I've been looking for new students to replace the ones I had that decided to leave the country on reasons that are being discussed on this forum all the time. A friend asked me why not post an add on the forum, so here goes.
I'm a cultural journalist, but have done teaching on the side for as long as I can remember - which is about 10 years, actually, since before getting my BA in Linguistics
I've got lots of materials, lots of practice and lots of patience. And quite a clean record with failure
Experience has taught me to customize my classes according to my students' interests and goals and I only nag when I absolutely have to. I'm smart, funny (self-irony included) and I have the advantage of having studied other languages as an adult - so I know what some of my students have to go through.
