Believe it or not there is one Speedy technician who speaks English. I talked with him today. His name is MATIAS BALDIBIEZO, and he works from 14 - 20 hs. 0800-333-7733 option 0 for technical support.
I have a new notebook with Windows 7. Speedy supports Windows XP so the software disk would not install. Matias took me through the process while connected. Half way threw it, he revealed that he knows English, so we continued that way....speaking slowly of course.
Three other technicians could not tell me what had to be done to use Speedy from Telefonica with my new computer. I even went to the downtown office to inquire, but they know nothing.
