starting a SAE clubhouse in BA

I am opening a new South American Explorers clubhouse in BsAs later this year (like those in Quito, Lima and Cusco). We'll be looking for housing, potential board members, volunteers, advertisers, etc when we're on the ground in November.
In the meantime, can anyone give legal advice or contacts that can help us set up a non-profit in Argentina?
