Is anyone aware of any private clinics that offer STD Testing? I went to Fernandez hospital this AM at 6:45 and the line was literally 100 people deep. Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

That is about the number of people you will find at any public hospital to get to see a doctor or get a turno ( actually a lot of people get there at 3 am or so ) this is of course free, if you are willing to pay, you will probably won´t have to wait.

For anyone finding this old thread now (2026) you don’t need to deal with hospital lines anymore. These days you have a few easy options in Buenos Aires. Private labs like Diagnóstico Maipú, Laboratorio Rossi, and Swiss Medical labs all offer lab testing with quick results—no need to go through public hospitals.

If you want something even simpler, there are now services like SaludyVos (www.saludyvos.com) that arrange discreet at-home STI testing so you can avoid waiting rooms completely.

For STD tests gratis can access Fundacion Huesped or a Cesac Public Health Center in Palermo. Can look for a Cesac near you.

Hey, I have personally used it for getting my first dose of the dengue vaccine in November, and the second dose is coming up, and I will use it again. I really liked the convenience and clear pricing. I also know a few people who have used the services for STD testing, and they liked it. What prompted you think it is a scam?
