Student Protests about New Curriculum

Every time I see a group of people with signs, I admit, it kind of just blends into the background for me, but I did find this interesting:

Students are protesting changes to curriculum that would leave less time for classes such as art and labs.

I guess this shows these cuts happen everywhere!

Has anyone found anything with more specifics about the changes? I'd like to read up more on this.
