Hello, It's Becky from CA. I am planning my trip to BA but was wondering if anyone surfs near BA? What are the conditions are they good for beginners? Thanks, Becky
 
Mar del Plata, Necochea and other towns in the atlantic coastline of the Buenos Aires province, a few hours way
from the city of the same name. Or maybe you want to cross
the border into Uruguay.
