Swine Flu is it a diversion?

I Understand that there are less flu deaths this year than last year in Buenos Aires .
I am concerned that emotions are running high on this issue but as always the facts get lost in the moment.

Buenos Aires is as safe to visit as any other city in the world and there should not be any travel advisory against travel here. It does no good and helps to perpetuate the hysteria of the moment.
