Why do they sell organic honey for two or three times as much as common honey? I though honey was naturally organic since it's made by bees. Or does it have to do with the process after the honey is collected and then jarred?

Because a lot of the "honey" here is adulterated with corn syrup or other non-honey sweeteners, so scrutinise the label carefully. Caveat emptor!
