For instance, the rules regarding our visa pensionista, which we got on Jan 5 of this year, have been changing monthly, with no advance notice, or notification of anyone beyond the monthly postings on the government website.
Nobody knows what the rules will be next year.
Different people get told different things when they have meetings with Migraciones, much less AFIP.
Argentina is normally unpredictable and changeable.
