I'm leaving on Dec 12th and returning at the end of January and would like to sublet my room while I'm gone.
Ideally I'd love to find someone who would rent the entire time, if not than at least the entire month of Jan.
The room is very spacious with high ceilings and two windows. It is part of an apartment shared with an Argentine man and Venezuelan woman (they each have their own room, there is one shared bathroom and a large living room and kitchen). The apartment is part of an old community living space so there is a garden courtyard, basketball court, and shaded fountain inside the walls of the building.
The room is in chacarita right on parque los andes, next to the dorrego stop on the B subte line.
Rent is 1600 pesos per month, everything included (wi-fi, cable, utilities).
