Temporary Residency Expire. Do I Need To Leave?

Speaking of marriage, the law changed on August 1st (incredible timing...)
It's a lot more relax than it was

I would probably not get married just for the residence (just my personal preference) but if you were planning on tying the knot in the future anyway with your gf why not do it now?
 
You can divorce in a few days, you can divorce without your former spounce, there are prenups.
