In Anne Tyler's book, The Accidental Tourist, Macon Leary is writing guide books for travelers who don't want to be reminded that they are in a foreign country so that, wherever they are, they can experience only the comfort and familiarity of the things they know at home. One or two recent postings here have made me wonder if there wouldn't be a market for The Accidental Tourist Guide to Buenos Aires
If so, which places would you nominate for inclusion in the guide? For my Two New Pence-worth, I'd vote for the Cementario Britanico in Chacarita.
