It's CFK's inflation busting plan...All you do is carry a few of these and when the store clerk says the 3 bags of groceries you just bought cost 350 pesos, you simply whip out the 00 note and a pen and write a 4 to the left of the 00. Voila! Bob's your uncle.

- and then he strikes one of the zeroes and write a 5 in front of the remaining 0 - voila! a 50 as change
