This is a legal practice. At the current rate of capital outflow, the commission can leave a profit of 1.5 million dollars a day.
....Each bank manages to collect the commission from the withdrawal in a discretionary manner. Some do it in all cases; others prefer to apply it when the customer takes the dollars from a different branch than the one with the account. Others, on the other hand, charge nothing if the extraction comes from the expiration of a "plazo fijo".
