I honestly don't know. I haven't been to a baseball game. Between ANY NFL stadium, NHL, NBA, or MLS and the food they had here at the Monumental, I'd take the American version even if they told me it was two days old

You have it all wrong. Just because any toddler can kick a ball that doesn't mean it's easy to do it right. I mean, I can play 3 chords on the guitar... oh, playing the guitar is so easy!!! NOT!
It's rather stupid to say one sport takes more skill that the other. I don't like baseball AT ALL but I can recognize that that catch you post takes a lot of skill that very few people in the planet can do as well as hitting a very fast ball with a bat or curving the ball so that the guy with the bat misses. Don't you think it takes a lot of skill to do this?:

I do occasionally enjoy the ability of soccer players to flop on the grass despite the total absence of contact with an opposition player.
