Good day

Due to a error , I accidentally tore two 500 peso bills into two peaces each. Now I have put cello tape back on them very carefully and they look pretty good. However :-

My questions :-

Are they usable anywhere and everywhere?

If not, is it possible to change in any bank without any penalties. Is there any law for it?

I would certainly try to use it anywhere and if it is rejected, I would try the Bank.
