Travel within Argentina in winter

Hello,

Can anyone make any recommendations for places/areas worth traveling to in Argentina during winter (July)? Places that are worth seeing but are not too cold this time of year.

Salta/Jujuy

In particular, I'd recommend going to Cafayate in the Salta province and spending a few days visiting wineries/bodegas and enjoying the landscape around there.

The salinas (salt flats) in northwestern Jujuy as well as Pumamarca are also nice to visit this time of year.
