Getting turkey in Buenos Aires is next to impossible. Getting bacon (real bacon) is next to impossible. Getting turkey bacon? You have now landed in impossible.

Kalinos at Austria & Beruti has/had American style bacon they can slice to order. I've never bought it, don't know if it's smoked or not.
