I use NordVPN and am able to access live BBC without any problem.

I know this isn’t tech support, but I just started using nordvpn too, but can only access it on my iPad. Did you get it connected to your TV? We have FLOW

I use it on my phone and PC. Sorry, but no idea how to set it up on a TV. Nordvpn has excellent support so I suggest you drop them a line and request some help.

You may also want to think about setting it up on your router.
