This year's USMC Birthday Ball in Buenos Aires is Friday November 8th. Every year US Marines everywhere in the world stop and celebrate our birthday. Most of the time it is a Dress Blues / Black Tie affair and this year will be no exception. You don't need to be a Marine to come. If you have not been to a Birthday Ball you've missed out. It is seriously a great party. Below are the details.

What: 238th United States Marine Corps Birthday Ball - hosted by the Marine Embassy Security Guard Detachment Buenos Aires
When: Friday, November 8th. 2000 Reception, 2100 Ceremony, Celebrating 2130-0330.
Where: Palacio Sans Souci, Paz 705, Victoria, Buenos Aires (between San Isidro and Tigre)
Food: Five Course meal with open bar. Did I mention there is an open bar?
Dress: Military Formal Dress, Black Tie, Suit & Tie. Evening Gown or long dresses for the ladies.
