Urgent need to change Pesos to USD from L.A. USA

Hi,
I recently had to leave bsas after 3yrs due to a family problem and sadly I was unable to change my pesos to USD. Now I am in Los Angeles and have no way to change them . Does anyone have any ideas as how I can change my pesos to dollars in Los Angeles. I tried my bank but they said they only sold pesos and they didnt buy them. Please if anyone can help please let me know.

Just for reference I bought some Pesos in So-Cal a couple of weeks ago and got 6.50 for 1 Dollar, They were also buying Pesos, but at a rate north of 7.
