Urgent Request Home Care Nurse

I need a home care nurse with qualifications for a friend of mine who is an USA citizen. She must speak english and be able to work on weekends. The pay is very good . I ask for any recommendations from the forum members urgently.

sorry I would really like to help..but unfortunately the only ones I know are argentinians and despite haveing their qualifications they don't speak english. But have you tried contacting the British Embassy or the Hospital Britanico?
The first one has a list of professionals that they recommend and Hospital Britanico i guess might be able to provide some members of their staff that can do that job privately.
