I like Montes a lot. I like Bodega Bouza in Montevideo, especially their Albariño. They also have a great automotive museum.

Yes it speaks alright. It lays there like clogged artery and says "Eat Me" now Die Later. In Italy I would eat it. In Argentina cheese is made from clorox bottles. Real cheese does not speak, it seduces you with aromas.
