US Embassy: presidential election voting reminder for citizens in ARG

Illinois sent me a friendly reminder to complete the voter registration and absentee ballot request in February. Today I received my ballot for the general election which has to be mailed. Finding a #10 envelope and having it printed with the mailing information is a challenge. The US postal service will not deliver your ballot if the template it stapled, taped or glued onto an envelope.

for mail in ballots, they usually include an envelope that needs to be signed on the outside designated place

My State (washington) has allowed me to vote online from Argentina for years now. We also have one of the lowest numbers of questionable votes in the nation, and have been all vote by mail for over a decade.

Same with Colorado. Very easy to vote. The person who asked about the embassy should lookat his state's info online, that would determine it, not the feds.

Are there any opportunities to volunteer locally to help with registering voters or returning election materials? My organization provides paid time off for staff to volunteer for nonpartisan efforts related to the US election.
