Using Paypal To Get Pesos Out In Argentina

I would like to take a small amount of money (under 500USD) that is in paypal in Argentina, in pesos, as close to the blue rate as possible. (I know this paypal doesn´t let you do this, so I am looking for a work around). Are there any other ways other than zoom? Feel free to PM me. Thanks!

That is what I am looking for, to transfer from my US paypal to another foreign paypal and in the moment get paid out in pesos, as close to or at the blue rate.
