Vacuum repair

My Miele vacuum from the US that I brought with me and sometimes acted up in the US stopped working and to buy a new one here is exorbitant! I wrote to the Miele store that I found online on WhatsApp and when I explained what I needed they never replied. I assume this means they can’t help so I thought I’d ask here to see if anyone knows of a good, reputable vacuum repair place where I might be able to get replacement parts as well? Thanks so much!

Yeah the sad reply is that they won’t repair 110v machines so I guess the vacuum that should have lasted another decade is going to RIP. Thanks for your help!
