Newbee here! Hello! I'm changing ownership of a US car here in Buenos Aires between 2 US citizens. I need a VIN Verification done here in BA to send back to the US. Anybody have any idea of how to complete this.
My DMV lady says it would be accepted if the Verification of Vehicle Identification Number form was signed by the Police in Argentina. Do you think they would do that? Any idea what department would take care of that?
Do you think there is any chance of a Police Officer signing and stamping the document locally in BA (this would leave it very easy).
