Warranty/guarantee Required For Leases In Argentina

Just finished speaking with property brokers today. Normally the guarantee can be avoided for commercial leases if you post 3-4 months rent in advance, effectively a security bond. There is the possibility some owners will reject this and require a guarantee however my brokers are confident in most cases this can be avoided. Hope this helps anyone in a future situation.

Depends on the landlord, it is not a legal requirement to ask for a garantia.
