Your link takes us to a report on the conduct of an Argentine military dictatorship that lasted from 1976 to 1983. The article says that there were blacklists of artists, politicians, and intellectuals whose voices the dictatorship wanted to silence. We know that they did that to these people, and without killing them (so leave Stalin out of this).
But here we are in 2016! Mauricio Macri is Argentina's freely-elected President. His government is looking at state employment and is selectively reducing the workforce. At Artel they've cancelled some contracts and laid a few people off.
Don't you realize that you destroy any good points and arguments you may have by trying to find equivalence between these two things? It's sad that, instead of making us think - by showing us cases of actual wrongdoing - you make us laugh at your ridiculous, obviously untruthful assertions?
