Been here for a month and a half now and I'm starting to crave some variety food wise. I've decided that I'm going to try my hand at cooking the dishes that are harder to find here (Thai, Mexican, Indian...). I know that the internet is packed with all the recipes I could ever want but I'm not sure about the availability of certain ingredients. Do you guys have any recipes that you would like to share?

A "volcan de chocolat" (volcan de chocolate):

- In a pan, melt 120 grams of dark chocolate with 35 grams of butter
- In a large bowl, mix 3 eggs + 80 grams of sugar + 1 tbsp of flour

Mix both mixtures together.

Fill 4 small neopren molds using half of the mixture

Place a square of chocolate on the top in each mold

Fill with the remain of the mixture to cover the square of chocolate

Put in the preheated oven. Don't let it cook for too long (perfect when the mixture still moves a bit when shaking).

Wait until it's a bit colder

I am going to send you the link to my pinterest boards, don't want to share it with the whole board but if anyone is interested, I'm really into Mexican/Thai/Indian and DIFFERENT stuff! Send me a PM and I'll send the link!

It may be pertinent, where can one eat a good Shepard's Pie? baby carrots and potatoes and wholesome gravy....! Recipes are all over the web. Who wants to cook
