What's the best way to find a long(er)-term apartment??

This is in response to Blah Blah
My flat is rented at the moment and still don`t know when it will be free, I have it almost all the time rented! but thanks for the offer anyway.

It was not an offer, I was trying to show that you can get long term rental if you offer cash up front. The showing of a dollar bill get you very far in Argentina :)
 
My flat is always rented long (1 year or so) or at least 6 month that`s why the price is low the same flat can be rented for 650 or 700/ dollars month but for this flat 600 dollars is a very reasonable rent and still low. But yes Blah Blah you are right but sometimes people don`t know if they will stay for so long, some of them I see they don`t know what to do after 2 or 3 months so I consider all these facts.
