I'm not exactly sure if that's directed towards me but I'm not exactly a newcomer nor do I have a rental business.

Finding a furnished apt in Belgrano for 1100 pesos sounds like an unbelievable deal. Thats a lot less than my porteño friends are paying for unfurnished apts. I'd love to talk to that rental agency. Send me their info please. I'm always happy to learn if I'm wrong.
