Hola Christina,
You are a bit away from where the #86 stops but not too much actually. I would recommend you to take some other colectivo from where you are to Congreso Square (Plaza del Congreso). Once there, the 86 stops on Rivadavia Avenue. I remember that there are a couple of colectivos on Rodriguez Peña street that go all the way to Congreso (I think the number 60 and some others). You are only one block form Rodriguez Peña street. It is a mile to Congreso. You can also walk there if you feel like.
The 86 has several branches (or "ramales"). You must take the diferencial service that shows the letter A (Aeropuerto) You'll notice it is a diferencial service because the bus will be a larger than the usual 'colectivo', like a long distance bus. You'll see the the letter in the front of the bus.
As I said before, even though it is a "fast" service allow not less than 50min to 1 hour to EZE from the Congreso area, depending on the day and time.
I hope all this helps and tell me if you have any other question,
L.
