Ouch...I wasn't aware of that. Does it really become worth it for many of those employees to stay? If you are a long term expat and have something keeping you here, but for for those who just came to work for a couple years and need the extra income for their life back home.

I'll revise my statement to for those expats who can retain their dollar earnings.
