Or where could I buy a bike? I saw different options at mercado libre but prices are pretty high for crappy bikes.

There's a store in the corner of Caseros & Defensa. I'm looking for one as well, but will only be available to stop by probably on Thursday. If I happen to go earlier and get some info on prices, I let you know!
