Where To Buy Blue Arg Pesos In Santiago?

Does anybody know where I can get some ARS for USD at or near the Blue rate in Santiago? I have tried the cambios down town, but the best buy rates are only about 6.8 since they insist on exchanging USD to CLP first and only then into ARS, taking a big bite in commissions on each transaction. Alternately, can anyone point me in the direction of a decent cueva or arbolito location in Mendoza?

Why on Earth would someone trade pesos for dollars at blue rates in Chile?

Why on earth would anyone trade Dollars for Pesos at the official rate in Santiago or any sane place in the world?

In Mendoza the price of the Dollar Exceeds $8,10. The places to buy is near the Peatonal and Av. San Martin or Galeria Todensa, just listen to Cambio Cambio...!!
