where to get cell phone with card

Where can I get a cell phone that works with a pre-paid card. Is there
somewhere in Retiro/Recoleta/Centro you can recommend. About what does a cheap phone cost?

you can get a Pre-Paid in each Personal/Movistar/Claro shop or agency. But I prefer to go directly to mobile company shop and not to any agency because most of agencies sucks a lot.

I just bought a cheap but good Nokia unlocked in Once. They go for about 220 pesos at a nice store, 160 at a not so nice store (inside a Galeria) and 130 inside the galeria but informal vendor (wouldn't recommend this as it is likely stolen). You can save about 20 pesos if you don't care to have an unlocked phone and want to use it for one particular company.
