You're not going to get 12,000 for an iphone. 8,000 is more realistic and even that makes you a fair bit of profit (well, I hope it does, for your sake).
Yeah, I'm not sure what the OP's getting at with the cuotas point either. People buy with cuotas on ML mainly because they can't afford to pay up front. If a buyer had the money for a one-off payment and bought that iphone you showed in the link, it would cost them 8,500.
So, unless you're offering the same convenience as a 12-month payment plan, you won't be able to sell it for 12,000. And, even if you were offering that, 12,000 is still exorbitant.
