Who has gotten citizenship in Argentina and your original citizenship and nationality is the USA?

Uruguay doesn’t let people naturalize the same way as Argentina does. You become sort of a permanent resident but keep your birth’s nationality. I don’t know why this should be of any interest to this forum.
I too have the same impression that some people are trying to hide their multiple nationalities based on the forum’s posts.
I don’t know the reason why. It seems that some are trying to hide their multiple nationalities - for tax purposes? Genuine question question. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Citizenship is a culture-based concept whereas nationality is a political and bureaucratic definition. Some posters seems to swings between definition based on their own’s interests that are not clearly stated in their posts.

and the fact they change my nationality to Argentina is a slight plus in my case. For the passport It would, as you state, make it impossible, on the surface, to know if I was born in the USA to Argentine parents or was naturalized.
Banks are not an issue in the slightest because I have accounts in 7 countries, already and many more will just confuse me at some point, hahaha.
Okay Jason Borne, any other tips we can offer to dubiously hide your identity for "pleasure travel" purposes?

Some banks in non-US countries won't open a bank account for you if you have US citizenship. In a more extreme example, there was an incident in India where some people "took over" a hotel, went room to room and killed US citizens. That would be a convenient time to hide your US citizenship.

So, it seems you have a lot of experience in this matter...please tell me in detail how leaving off my country of origin on a passport helps me get pleasure?
My desire is of a more simple type...to be less hassled by certain countries that Americans tend to piss off...and admittedly we do piss off many.

Oh I can certainly think of a few pleasures...international tax evasion, racketeering, laundering, evading Interpol. Did I leave anything out Mr. Rob0001, Mr. "I have accounts in 7 countries" and I want to "make it impossible to know if I was born in the USA" because "certain countries that Americans piss off" are "hassling" me?

Because the only "hassle" you will get in Argentina as a US Citizen is a W9 form to ensure the bank is in compliance with FACTA for tax purposes. So you tell me buddy, what exactly is "thrilling" you about these passport details?
