Who Killed Maria Marta Belsunce ?

Right, evidence that at Court, get a sentence and after that, arrest her.
 
She was already tried and convicted. She got a three year suspended sentence.
Her problems are just beginning.
 
Suspended sentence at jail?
You do not go to jail until Supreme Court confirms the sentence and it is over 3 years because until 3 years you spend the whole 3 years of sentence at home. Helloooooooo
 
Clarification, a suspended sentence is alike a probation: you don´t go to jail. She is in Jail. Don´t you see an issue there?
