Who Likes Living In Chacarita?

My sister in law lives there with her 6 year old daughter. She parks her car on the street, has never had any safety issues (got robbed BAD when she lived in Belgrano, which I think is the least safe hood in BsAs). Whether you like the place, resale value, etc is another issue.
Also a friend of mine who is "cheto" is renting a wonderful huge apartment there and loves it.

uff well, the apartment got reserved 1 day later, just before I was going for the second visit to bring my boyfriend to see it. If anyone knows of a nice flat with some outside space, please let us know!! I've been searching since July (we were about to sign on a place before the gas in the building got cut - indefinitely) and I'm starting to go crazy!!!! Thanks for all your opinions and I wont rule out Chacarita... :/
